Terms & Conditions

Our policy lasts 14 days. We do not accept returns after this time. 

All returns and warranty claims are processed as an exchange. All Sale's are final. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we have received the item, we will send a replacement. Buyer will cover own freight expenses. 

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. All sale purchases are final.

To complete your return, we require our returns form to be completed and posted along with your Items. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of an exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an item will automatically posted to the original postal address on the initial purchase. 


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Contact team@24hoursolarpower.com before starting returns process. All returns are to be dealt with in writing so we both have a record of the process via email. 

24 Hour Solar Power PTY LTD ships all products with Tracking. It is the Buyers responsibility to return and cover the cost of postage and freight to 24 Hour Solar Power PTY LTD. Items can be returned to 41a Wyrallah Road East Lismore in person once a return procedure is completed.
